Return & Refund Policy

  1. Customized / Personalized Products
    These are made specially for you, so we do not accept returns or refunds, unless there is a defect or damage.
  2. Non-Customized Products
    If applicable, unused items in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. A partial refund is issued after deducting shipping and return costs.
  3. Defective or Damaged Items
    You must share clear photos or videos of the damage/unboxing via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
    Approved defective items will be replaced (or refunded) at our discretion.
  4. Refund Process
    If refund is approved, we will process it within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or other uncontrollable factors.

Order Processing Time
After your order is confirmed and payment is done via WhatsApp, processing usually takes 2–4 business days (custom products might take a bit more).

Delivery Time
Within India, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. In remote areas, it may take longer.

Shipping Charges
Shipping cost will be informed to you during order confirmation (depends on location, weight, size).
