These are made specially for you, so we do not accept returns or refunds, unless there is a defect or damage. - Non-Customized Products
If applicable, unused items in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. A partial refund is issued after deducting shipping and return costs. - Defective or Damaged Items
You must share clear photos or videos of the damage/unboxing via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved defective items will be replaced (or refunded) at our discretion. - Refund Process
If refund is approved, we will process it within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
